What if there was a way to empty your mind of its clutter? To come face to face with your inner thoughts and make them real? Too often journaling is dismissed, but it has a very real benefit. Take 3 minutes out of our day to jot down what you want out of today, this week, this year. It may not happen but getting those plans down on paper is motivation to work towards your goals, now that you see them clearly in front of you. No fancy notebook needed.
"But I don't know what to write!"
It can literally be anything. Feel free to write about how you don't know what to write. Getting the thoughts on to the page will get you into the habit of writing, and you will eventually find the words for what you need to express. It can be a once-a-day thing or a once-a-year thing. The most important part is the actual work of doing it, not just thinking about doing it. What is holding you back?
